| 職務内容 | • Support Architect manager on Fragrance & Beauty Retail projects including Department Store Counter, Standalone Boutique, Multi-brand & Travel Retail distributions with highest creativity while aligned to Global AD’s direction. • Responsible for understanding and adapting Global design guidelines in the roll- out of all the Retail projects. • Work on Design development with 3D modelling software (Sketchup) • Develop and produce 3D visualizations of the final design for communicating to stakeholders • Work closely with Merchandising team to ensure creative and articulated store presentation. • Prepare drawing packages and support team in cost estimates and value engineering. • Seek out and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, project savings, and innovative design solutions to enhance overall project delivery • Ensure highest level of quality and consistency in the construction of all distributions • Interface with relevant internal functional teams and external consultants to ensure optimal project delivery • Support manager to follow up on improvements / retrofits and maintenance • Support management of project timeline, ensure timely delivery of project and Opening schedule. • Support planning, managing and tracking of project costs and ensure to meet budget requirements. • Support and collaborate with team member to manage projects through various stages of the project development from design kick-off, construction to completion & Opening. • Review and validate contractors’ shop drawings and progress developments. • Support Studio Manager on Events (Pop up and Outpost) projects with highest creativity while aligned to Global AD’s direction. • Work on Event projects’ design development with 3D modelling software (Sketchup) • Develop and produce 3D visualizations of the final Event design for communicating to stakeholders |

| 応募資格 | • University-level education in Architecture or Interior Design, or graduates in Design or Art School education with formal training in architecture or interior design. • At least 3 years of design experience in an architectural or interior design firm, or experience in Retail design is preferred. • Highly proficient in 3D software skills including Sketchup, or 3D max and rendering applications. • Ability to produce working drawing or construction drawing using CAD program such as Vectorworks or Autocad. • Software skills: Sketchup, Vectorworks, 3ds Max, V-ray, or other 3D rendering software • Ability to understands retail design aspects, such as materials and finishes, lighting requirements, furniture design, detailing fixtures • Highly creative mindset • High organization skill to manage workload efficiently and work as a team • Good communication skills with different functional teams, as well as external consultants, contractors and millwork suppliers. • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English. |
